Due to diversification and continual expansion, in support of our Aberdeen based operations we are looking to recruit people for the following positions:

Support Services Manager

A key management position responsible for the proficient and effective management of company assets and encompassing equipment, stock, vehicles, premises and base infrastructure. Responsible for managing the Company wide Support Services division, maintenance programmes, supplier liaison and the coordination of equipment mobilisations in accordance with shipping deadlines and in full compliance with company procedures.

Ideally candidates should have a formal technical/ mechanical qualification; however consideration shall be given to candidates with a sound technical/mechanical background, coupled with excellent logistical skills.

The individual must possess exceptional leadership qualities, be an excellent communicator, self motivated with the drive and enthusiasm to introduce continual improvement to this critical facet of the business.

Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities for a team of Pump Engineers ensuring that they perform safely and effectively in full compliance with Company Procedures. The Maintenance Coordinator will take responsibilty for the delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment activities and also routine servicing of equipment. Role shall extend to the upkeep of comprehensive maintenance records, review of maintenance procedures, operational instructions, specification sheets and technical support paperwork.

Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising pump engineers/plant fitters and ensuring that they perform safely and effectively in full compliance with Company procedures. Responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of all equipment, vehicles, small plant and accessories in compliance with Company procedures and original equipment manufacturers instructions/guidelines.

Maintenance Engineer

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for carrying out maintenance of all equipment, small plant and accessories in compliance with Company Procedures. This includes planned maintenance, refurbishment and servicing of equipment and completion of appropriate records. Primarily a yard based role, although site work may be required.

Sales Engineer

Responsible for securing new business, developing existing client relationships, generating sales leads and ensuring additional follow up actions are completed effectively. Duties include the compilation of prequalification documents, tender submissions and coordination of press releases and company literature. Excellent communication and customer relation skills are essential along with the ability to convert sales enquiries, assess the marketplace for new opportunities and identify complimentary product lines and services. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in selling specialist technical services to a broad client base and demonstrate tenacity in the pursuit of new clients and contracts.

Quality Control/Certification Engineer

Responsible for ensuring that all mobilisations are precise before dispatch, ensuring paperwork is accurate and all equipment has been function and condition checked in compliance with Company and client specifications. Also responsible for ensuring maintenance, certification and inspection records are up to date and filed appropriately. Conduct internal audits, test procedures and ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes. You will be experienced in offshore mobilisation  procedures and expected to build up a comprehensive working knowledge of company equipment. You must be a driven, committed individual that is passionate and meticulous about quality.

Administrators

Good attention to detail, organisational and planning skills are vital for this position, along with the ability to manage your own workload and work to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should also be enthusiastic, motivated and possess good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel applications. Ideally applicants should possess relevant experience however full training shall be provided.

LGV Driver/Operator

Preferably ADR qualified, responsible for deliveries and collections, and providing tanker driver/operator cover. Role will extend to yard duties including carrying out mobilisations, de-mobilistaions, working within the workshop, servicing hoses and power washing.

All positions require a clean current driving licence.
